My order says it has been delivered, but I have not received it.
Sometimes the courier can get a bit ahead of themselves, and announce the grand arrival a tad early. If your drinks don’t arrive that day then The Help Vine will get to the bottom of it.
I have received one parcel, but where is the other?
Our Dash boxes carry up to 4 cases. Any order over 4 cases will be sent in 2 boxes. Whilst this costs the same, and the boxes are sent at exactly the same time, they can occasionally get separated in transit. This means that in most cases they will be delivered one day apart. My order has arrived damaged, what can I do?
While we love wonky fruit, we aren’t so keen on wonky cans or bottles. Please get in touch and The Help Vine will help rectify this for you. If you can supply images of the damaged items, it will help us improve our service.
I am not going to be in to receive my order. How do I receive my order?
Our couriers should have left a leaflet indicating what to do if you weren’t it. Either way, The Help Vine will assist in getting your parcel redelivered, so drop us a line.
Do I need to refrigerate my stash of Dash?
They can be stored in a cool and dry place, but we recommend drinking chilled. Do not, I repeat, do not, store your Stash in the freezer.
I have received an empty can, what should I do?
Please get in touch with an image of the underside of the can so that we can make sure there is not a wider issue. In the meantime we will also send out replacements as soon as possible.
